What is CARE?

CARE Ministry at Third City Christian Church is broken people who have embraced their story helping other broken people to grow to embrace their story.

We do this by focusing on peer relationships, community involvement, spiritual rhythms and serving others. The CARE Ministry is committed to “Love Unlimited” through the words of 2 Corinthians 1:3-4:

“Blessed [gratefully praised and adored] be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort who comforts and encourages us in every trouble so that we will be able to comfort the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.”

We have trained volunteers ready to walk with you through whatever hardship you are currently facing. The CARE relationship consists of a 6 to 12 month relationship. These relationships are uniquely designed to help you in the areas of prayer, vulnerability, healing, and personal growth.

Our mission of CARE is: Walking with others; walking toward Christ.
