Small Group Launch - Fall 2017
"...and every day, in the temple and from house to house, they did not cease teaching and preaching that the Christ is Jesus." Acts 5:42
Everyday each of us has the opportunity to reach and teach those around us. We have friends, neighbors, coworkers, people who sit next to us in church. All of these present an opportunity to minister to and share the gospel to and grow as believers and followers of Jesus Christ.
This fall of 2017, our desire is to launch a movement of groups in Grand Island. You have influence no matter who you are, where you or what you do. We ask that you would join our movement and attend a Small Group Launch on either Sunday, July 30th or Sunday, August 6th to get started.
We will provide you with training, options of group studies, snacks and drinks for your first night of your group, and an opportunity to win 1 of 3 Roku Streaming Sticks (3600R) - HD Streaming Player with Quad-Core Processor ($50 value) to stream RightNow Media direct from your TV.
To host a TCCC Small Group, we need…
- An individual or couple who is excited about their faith, abiding by the church’s doctrinal statement and has taken or has intention to take the steps to become members of Third City.
- An individual or couple who is willing and ready to open their home to others on a weekly basis
- An individual or couple who is willing to be trained and coached for ongoing support of their group.
Small Groups are a group of people of different backgrounds coming together in order to worship together, serve others and grow in Christ to become more like him. Groups average in size of 4-12 people. We hope as you make Third City Christian Church your home, small groups will be the catalyst to making your faith both rich and deep.

The purpose of “Celebrate Recovery” is to fellowship and celebrate God’s healing power in our lives through the 12 Steps and 8 Recovery Principles. This experience allows us to “be changed.” We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths and hopes with one another.
