During the Group: 

  • If you have already done your serve experience, remind your group members to fill out the follow up on page 131.  

  • If group members have not taken the Spiritual Gifts Assessment they need to do so.

  •  If someone in your group is not utilizing their gifts within the church, encourage them to fill out the HUB form.  You can find the link to this form on Rooted Resources. 

  • See Spiritual Gift Definitions for further explanation on how to use your gifts.  You can also visit the Serve page on our website to see specific ways to use your gifts in the church.  http://www.thirdcityc.org/serve   

  • Prayer of Purpose:  Look at pg. 65 of your facilitator's guide.  As the facilitator, you will take the initiative to pray over each person in your group. You are welcome to divide up men from women, but not necessary.  This, is not the letters that come on week 10.

  • We will hold a Rooted Celebration soon. Talk to the church staff about when it is to get the date on your calendar.
