WHY IS THE CHURCH IMPORTANT?

Week 10

During the Group:

Take a breath! You've made it! It will soon be your last regular group time.
Prophetic Prayer & Blessings - This is a significant portion of your group time. You will read your prayer of blessing to them and pray over the individual.
Be sure to ask the two questions from day 5 homework: Think about your Rooted experience. What are some highlights? What are one or two truths you want to take away from this time? Whats the next step you will take toward fulfilling the purpose God had planned for you?
In your discussion this week, have each member consider 1-2 areas that they wish to continue or to pursue past Rooted as their Next Step. This may include: Baptism, Membership, Serving, etc.
Affirmations: During your weekly communication, encourage each of your group members to think of 1-2 affirming words for each person in your group. You will take time during the group to share these with one another.
