Facilitator Training

Hello Group Leader! I am excited for you to get started on this journey through Rooted. Over the next several weeks you will be challenged in a lot of new ways which will help you continue to grow and lean into Jesus. Remember to lead from His strength and not your own.

Get to know your Facilitator Guide. Tips for leading your group are found on pages 13-15.

• Prayer Points - This will help you know how to pray for your group each week.

• Group Time - Use this as a way to break down your group time to help keep you on track.

  • Welcome - Start your time by welcoming each person

  • Ice Breaker - This is a fun way to get to know each other

  • Story - Each person will share their story. Write it out. Group Leaders will go first. Assign each person ahead of time when they will share.

  • Intro Questions - These will help get your group thinking!

  • Discussion - What did God teach you through the work this week?
