Thank you for your interest in having your event at Third City Christian Church. Please take note of our Event Scheduling Policy listed below:

Our Policy for large events (weddings, receptions, graduations) states that reservations can be made no sooner than 1 year prior to the requested event date.  Smaller events (baby showers, wedding showers, birthday parties) can be made no sooner than 6 months prior to the requested event date.

For all wedding event requests, please read our marriage information and policies. 


GRADUATION
RECEPTIONS 2019

We are so excited about this upcoming year for you and your family!  Senior year is full of wonderful things, including graduation!  Please note that we have made some changes in reserving the building for 2019 graduates.  Listed below are times and locations within TCCC that you may reserve for your event.  

Friday Times:

4:00pm – 9:00pm (Time frame includes Set Up, Reception, and Tear Down)

Friday Locations:

  • The Plaza
  • The Worship Center
  • Next Steps Room (recommended smaller parties)

Saturday Times:

10:00am – 3:00pm (Time frame includes Set Up, Reception, and Tear Down)
4:00pm – 9:00pm (Time frame includes Set Up, Reception, and Tear Down)

Saturday Locations:

  • The Plaza
  • The Worship Center
  • Next Steps Room (recommended smaller parties)

Sunday Times:

2:00pm – 7:00pm (Time frame includes Set Up, Reception, and Tear Down)

Saturday Locations:

  • The Plaza
  • The Worship Center
  • Next Steps Room (recommended smaller parties)
     

Please remember that this is a first come, first serve process; one reception per time slot in each location  Please continue by filling out the Event Request Form, keeping these times as your reservation.
